Walking down the Supermarket it seems that the Food Manufacturers are in conspiracy. Are they all out to get me?
Passing the vegetables & lean meat section I’m suddenly hit with amazing lumo colours of all that is forbidden. Chocolates are shouting from the aisles, wine is screaming for me to get hold of a bottle…and as for cheese, well it’s turned intoa kaleidescope of lumo colours just to catch my attention.
And my eyesight…I really can see the smallest sweet from about 200yards away now that I can no longer have it!! Before I would have to go right up to the shelf..but no more.
Three months of tantalizing. Day 3 wasn’t too bad…….just making a list of all those forbidden foods for Day 91!!

Thanks Yolande…we must keep our humour (I’m hoping that some of my wrinkles will be replaced with laughter lines after all this!)
